Our Process: Inspiring
sustainable living, start to
finish
They are made from materials that are non-toxic, BPA-free, and do not contain any harmful chemicals. Additionally, our eco-friendly dinnerware products go through a natural sterilization process to ensure that they are safe for food usage.
Step 1
The naturally fallen leaves of the Areca Palm Tree are collected across large farms, thoroughly washed and sun-dried for several days.
Step 2
The sheaths are cleaned and dried completely. They are then hand pressed into the shape of a bowl or plate using heated moulds. No chemicals, dyes or glues are used in the process. They are non-toxic and odorless.
Step 3
Finally, the pressed plates and bowls are sterilized and cleaned thoroughly before being packaged and shipped internationally.
