Bring the event details together
A useful bulk quote describes both the table and the delivery. Start with the number of guests and the courses you are serving. Then list the product sizes, total pieces and number of packs you are considering. This makes it easier to compare like-for-like quotes.
For example, 100 guests receiving one main and one dessert plate each can be covered by five Naturelia round combo packs. Those packs contain 120 ten-inch plates and 120 seven-inch plates. They do not include cutlery or bowls, and there are 20 extra plates of each size because the pack quantities round up.
Add the delivery details
Include the event date and delivery postal code. Let us know if the delivery has special requirements, such as a receiving window or a venue contact. Product quantity alone does not determine shipping cost: the packed dimensions, weight, route and service also matter.
Ask for an itemized quote
A quote should identify the product, exact pack contents, number of packs and total pieces. It should separately show product charges, delivery charges and applicable tax, along with its expiry and any delivery estimate. Confirm available quantities and timing before committing to a fixed event date.
Keep the order matched to the menu
If the event only needs one plate per guest, ask about single-size packs. If dessert is served in a small bowl, count those servings separately. Plates, bowls and cutlery can be selected independently so the quantities make sense for your service.
